(5) The Helmet-mounted Protective earmuff specified in 4 complies with the essential health and safety requirements of Annex 2 of the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the General Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC.
(6) Used harmonized standards and technical rules: EN 352-3:2002
(7) CRITT (0501) Laboratory has carried out the EU type examination (module B). Test Report 0501/2347/159/03/17/0477 and EU-Type Examination Certificate N°2754/2347/159/02/19/0728 were issued by the notified body ALIENOR CERTIFICATION ZA DU SANITAL 21 RUE ALBERT EINSTEIN 86100 CHATELLERAULT France – N°2754 on Feb.07, 2019.
(8) The PPE is subject to the conformity assessment procedure according to module C2 in Annex VII of the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425: conformity with the type based on an internal production control with regular product checks at random intervals under supervision of the notified body ALIENOR CERTIFICATION ZA DU SANITAL 21 RUE ALBERT EINSTEIN 86100 CHATELLERAULT France – N°2754
